A nourish bowl – aka a loaded salad!
These are one of our go-to options for lunches; getting creative with the ingredients keeps lunches from feeling repetitive. For this nourish bowl we used a red/green leaf lettuce, spinach, beets, tomatoes, ground turkey, chickpeas, avocado, and Field + Farmer plant-based ranch dressing!
- Kale, Red/Green Leaf Lettuce, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Watercress
- Buckwheat, Brown Rice, Wild Rice, Quinoa
- Acorn Squash, Beets, Butternut Squash, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes
- Broccoli, Bell Peppers, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Snap Peas, String Beans, Tomatoes, Zucchini
- Beef, Chicken, Eggs, Seafood, Turkey
- Tofu, Tempeh
- Black Beans, Chickpeas, Edamame, Green Peas
- Avocado, Chia Seeds, Nuts, Sesame Seeds
- Layer at least one item from each list and enjoy!
