Taco Tuesday can’t get any easier than this! Enjoy this easy and flavorful recipe!


  • 1 1/2 lbs raw skinless chicken tenders
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin
  • saltto taste
  • 16 oz roasted salsa verde


  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, oregano, cumin and salt and place in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Cover with salsa verde.
  3. Place cover on the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours.
  4. Remove chicken and shred with 2 forks.
  5. Place shredded chicken back into the crock pot, adjust seasoning to taste if needed and keep warm.
  6. Enjoy!

*We enjoyed this chicken over cooked rice and black beans and topped it with cilantro, tomatoes, avocado, and fresh lime juice!
